PACCC’s President and Founder, Dr. Victoria Chiatula is an educator, consultant, and scholar for whom Education is a vocation and a life calling.  She is an industry and subject matter expert with current professional licensures, certifications, and experience in varied areas of competencies. Dr. Chiatula has 25+ years of specialty in working with underserved children and youths in the states of Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and internationally.  Dr. Chiatula is committed to leading and advocating for educational choice, equity, and access to improve the quality of life of children, young adults, and their families. She has published several education articles and a book chapter with a subsidiary of the United Nations.

Nkuzi Nnam, Ph.D.

Dr. Nkuzi Nnam is an accomplished renowned Professor of Philosophy and the Director of Black World Studies at Dominican University in River Forest, IL. Dr. Nnam has published numerous articles. He is the author of the book Colonial Mentality in Africa, and the Director of the Center of Igbo Studies in the United States. 

Kim Swift, Ms.

Kim Swift is an experienced education specialist and currently Chief of Education at Indiana Dunes National Park. Ms. Swift has 28 years of leadership experience in conservation & education; 25 years with the National Park Service at Indiana Dunes National Park; 2 contracts for U.S. Peace Corps as a technical training coordinator and a former Volunteer in Papua New Guinea.

 Okaey Ukachukwu, M.Sc.

Okechukwu (Okaey) Ukachukwu is an information technology expert who has over 20 years of computing and information technology experience; 17 years focused on healthcare solutions development and delivery.  Mr. Ukachukwu has strong leadership skills with a focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency. Currently, he is a Project Management Director. Mr. Ukachukwu’s varied work experiences embody Independent, highly motivated, pragmatic, success-minded, action-oriented, and solutions-driven skills.

Rev. Fr. Michael is a retired parish priest and sales associate who has a combined 40+ years of expertise, knowledge, and skills in the areas of community outreach, volunteer management, sales, fundraising, non-profit planning, and development.  He is a compassionate leader with well-rounded knowledge and skills rooted in service and building partnerships.  Rev. Fr. Michael is a dynamic public speaker focusing on collaboration, team building, and teaching.
